"People of the Road" is a digital collage created from photographs taken by Mateusz Sobierajski in various places around the world. The photographs show women belonging to the Hmong ethnic group, whose portrait was immortalized on the border of Vietnam and China, in the area of ​​Sa Pa. In the background, three photographs taken in Iceland were used.

"People of the Road" is part of an exhibition of the same name, referring to the metaphysical and physical structure of the meaning of these words. It presents the paths that each of us chooses in life, dependent on the decisions we make and the unknown future that opens up before us. The exhibition also addresses the issue of expectations and our relationship with them. The number of people in the world is currently 8 billion, which means an infinite variety of scenarios and possibilities that are presented to us.
