It is a digital collage created from photographs taken by Mateusz Sobierajski in various places around the world. The painting includes monks from the city of Luang Prabang in Laos, two skyscrapers in Poznań, a view of Montreal from Mont Royal in Canada, the Palace of Culture in Warsaw and the city of Doha in Qatar.
This image is a visual attempt to describe life in harmony in the city and the search for balance in a world filled with information and multitude of possibilities. The author traveled around various continents for many years, lived and worked far from large urban agglomerations, which for a long time overwhelmed him with their intensity. After many years, he returned to his hometown in Greater Poland and slowly found himself in the city, which resulted in the presented painting. Thanks to the accumulated knowledge and experience, it is easier for him to find peace even in anxious moments when "the world is falling down on your head."
